The room was set up perfectly for me, my son and grandson, giving each of us our own bed. The bathroom was also set up nicely with the commode being located in a separate room from the shower/sink area. However, the bath towels were also in the commode area, making it a bit inconvenient if you didn't grab one before taking a shower! There were no bath towel racks in the area where the shower was located. The black out shades were great, and completely blocked out all sunlight!

We stopped in at this Best Western in Lubbock for only a single night. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and identified that I had several hotel points available for upgrades and free on rooms in the future. I was unaware that my point totals from several years ago would still be available. Needless to say we enjoyed a free upgrade to a King Suite and had a great stay. I would recommend staying here. The price value alone is a great saving to your travel costs.

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and there was a really good hot breakfast every morning kept stocked throughout the service time by one very hard working lady. The hotel had good facilities with a very pretty pool and a decent gym. Perfect location for our visit to the regional track and field championships at Lowry Park with easy access from the highway. And all for less than $80 a night ... Great value

The room was perfect for what we needed and the location was close to where we needed to be. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator button on that floor wasn't working so we had to be a little creative getting down with our bags and other luggage. The front desk did let us know at check in and offered another room but we preferred the larger room so it wasn't a deal breaker.

There was a hiccup with our rooms upon check in for a super busy game weekend. Maryann and Ryan get 5 star customer service working it out with us and the other guests for a nice duration. This location was super handy to our plans in town for the weekend. It was a renovated location and the updates and new colors are definitely a positive vibe.
